I've just investigating usability on the web and found this really interesting page. Most of the plots seems to reflect my perception of using web sites, especially the bits about watching video online...

Thanks, this is really interesting....
I have spent a lot of time talking with designers about this, and how to guide a reader through a newsletter - or any printed matter - but it is the first time I see something "scientific" on the subject
