I had one in my old car, it can control the iPod (including iPhone) from the cars head unit. Excellent sound quality and gives you a iPod holder too. | Looks like they don't support Subaru :-(

The only difference in the car kits is one wire. Its the same wire that is used for a CD changer to be used in the car so providing you have a CD changer possibility in your car it should be possible to get it to work. EDIT: Here is a link to what you want. Here is the information about iPhone compatibility.

Right, so iPhone OS 3.0 is out this summer, free to all iPhone owners.
This adds: - MMS
- SMS forwarding
- Stereo Bluetooth
- Turn by turn directions for maps (TomTom sould be on the way then)
- Cut and Paste
- Enhanced search (spotlight a la OSX)
- Push notification
- Peer to peer networking for games and other apps
- Forward meetings and contacts

I'm quite impressed actually, it seems that Apple are trying to shake the rut handset manufacturers got themselves into in which a handset's shelf life is about 6 months. I don't think the iPhone is great but the fact I own a device that Apple are continuing to improve is positive. I'd guess the Palm PRe is putting a certain amount of pressure on them too.

3.0 seems so nice and timely....but remains to be seen at the actual release release.

I ran a speed test on my Orange iPhone 3G this morning from testmyiphone.com.
I got a feeble 80Kbps down and a slightly better 156Kbps up. The download speed is pathetic especially since I am currently right next to HB, it leads me to believe that the Orange 3G network is massively over subscribed.
How have you found 3G browsing on iPhone?
