The world has gone mad.
a) It is a privately operated site
b) there is no
guarantee that
anyone would read it
c) there is no
guarantee that the person indicted is the person with that Facebook account (imagine the libel ??)
d) the publicity (global) may be out of proportion with the judgement (minor)
e) it is not a public notice as membership is required, therefore the publicity is selective and may therefore be considered persecution
...but then we are talking about a system that allowed such things to be done by SMS, so common sense is not being exercised....
