I just realized I bought a pair of Timberlands and a pair of Uggs about 6 years, ago when I move to CH. They are still in impeccable condition, though they have suffered intensive use in extreme weather conditions. Uggs have become a standard for fashion and glamour, even.

I'll say it now as part of a confession, I'm hoping my timing is such that it slips under BigD/Dingbat radar.

"I" almost bought some Ugg boots two weeks ago but managed to resist. They looked so cosy

Uggs...??? I'll not say anything more than 'oh dear'

However I was recently admonished by a certain mod here for considering buying a pair of crocs so I can't really speak.
