running is really bad for your knees...
cycling is far better but more risky than running...
swimming....one can get cramps and drown.....
football....you need many people....
tennis....you need a good (equal) partner....and a cheap place to play.....
squash......worse than running....

go mow your lawn....safest....

Good stuff, I still cant beat 29 minutes for the 4km mark but I am quietly impressed with myself that I can do that without Oxygen or require an ambulance afterwards.

That's still good, to be honest a few months ago 2km was killing me, it's quite quick to improve.

Yeah I have noticed the improvement too, I can do 2km quite easily now whereas a month ago I would have been on the verge of collapsing.
