| | Extreme Sport Anyone ?
I am curious to know whether anyone her indulges in extreme sports or associated lunacy. Strapping a rocket to your back and jumping out of an aeroplane qualifies, drinking a particular daring new brand of camomile-tea does not....

Would you consider AirBoarding an extreme sport? It's great fun, high impression of speed and certainly very dangerous and damaging.
I've been several times, and will go again this season, probably to Glarus.

What is it ? Riding a snowboard while parachuting ?
I always fancied sand-yachting. Not hardcore extreme, but enough for me...

BigD | Nope, it's basically nailing it downhill, head first, on a blow up sled. It's very fast and hard to control. Speed record is over 90 kph http://www.airboard.com/flash.htm |

That is lunacy. I laughed when I saw Jackass pushed this guy of the top of the piste in a portaloo (it was mounted on skis)

I find female MMA very extreme. Even though I greatly admire them for their courage, toughness and all, I honestly believe one has to have a screw loose wanting to do this. I watch it often, sometimes look up a biography of a female fighter to find out why, why on earth is she doing this.
As with all extreme sports, the kick one gets out of doing something dangerously daring seems to be the driving factor ... to win ... to break down barriers ... it is very fascinating to push the limits !!!

Is mud or even better chocolate pudding/whipping cream involved?

whenever I need an MMA fix I watch them on youtube, hundreds and hundreds of clips are up there.
otherwise Neuchâtel has several fighter clubs, I've never been to a competition just watched some training which was quite tough.
Zurich must have cage fights and the like ... (the wrestlings are just too silly, I am not into that at all )
if you want to watch a mudfight, girls seem to love to do this, youtube is there for you, but a word of caution, they are pretty hot !!! Quote:
