Haute-cuisine meets diversity

The food served at Kohlmanns is inspired on the recollection of recipes made by the german ingeneer Kohlmann. On the menu we can see French, German, Swiss and even English influences, that are shown in a wide array of ingredients: Schupfnudeln, green lentils, Stilton cheese, smoked salmon, pate...

Just a little update:

Yesterday I came back to Kohlmann's and this time the waiting time between the first course and the main course was even longer, we waited 45 minutes. Therefore I lowered the rate for the service in one point and another point in the overall value for money. I found the food excellent once again, though.
