Default Sbb remove crowded routes from search

These days I drive to work, but this morning I took the train. Using the sbb iPhone app on my trendy iPhone i searched from the stop in front of my house to the stop outside my work. The route should consist of a bus then a direct train but all routes returned had two changes.

On closer inspection some of the routes suggest i take a train to oerlikon then wait only a minute or so and rejoin the direct train (i.e. A one minute delay and i'd miss it).

If i search from Uster station to my destination it shows the direct connection but warns the train is very busy.

Be warned, sbb route planning may be sending you round the houses to deal with their capacity problems.

It is about time that travel planners took a more intelligent view. Why can they not include more hints and tips for your journey such as stairs; no shelter; risk of missing last bus ; commuter train ?

Some similar things they do but why can I not type in my address and the alternatives be presented to me with more information such as current reliability rate, punctuality rate of the specific train the % train or bus loading (ok, this may be sensitive) , the presence of toilets on the train etc etc ?

Even such things as "walk up a hill of elevation 23m to bus stop" would be useful if you had never done the journey before and in a wheelchair.
(The terrain databases are out there, you could easily work it out...)

I don't think the database always accounts for how easy it is to walk from one stop to another to get a quicker service, there's probably a threshold on the maximum walk distance or something.

There's a bus stop right oustide the flat, and train station 100m further on. It's usualy quicker to get the train, but the app never suggests it unless I enter the train station as the departure or end stop.
