Just so I know what I am flouting, can someone bring me up to date on the Zurich smoking ban status ? Is there one ? Is it discretionary, or must it be ignored outright ?

Not sure to be honest. I was in the Lyons Bar last night and smoking was still permitted.

Last time i heard about it, the authorities were pondering on the structural changes that had to be done to accommodate the ban. They were considering making it effective by 2010 (due to all preparatory work that needs to be done). Don't shoot the messenger, please.........

You can smoke anywhere and anytime....only that you cannot exhale...
