Can anybody help me to understand what qualities a food or dish must have in order to be described as "fitness" in Switzerland?
My work canteen today offer a "fitness burger" as the main menu, surely this is a contradiction in terms? Additionally I have seen many "fitness tellers" (telleren?) the consist of a pile of assorted meats on a bed of salad.
Does the term fitness describe a meal suitable for weight lifters in training?
I always assumed it meant any piece of meat served with Salad, as normally people order a side salad as an entre and have their meat served with some form of carbohydrate.

It must give the illusion of choice and variety by presenting the same old tat slightly differently but for the same price or on occasion more expensive. The portion will be smaller, have green leaves drowned in dressing instead of cream sauce.
