Three Swiss students who “completely shattered” the face of a German businessman during a vicious beating last summer appeared in a Munich youth court on Wednesday.

I'm so pleased that these guys are receiving justice in Germany rather than getting a Swiss "slap on the wrists".

With a bit of luck the gutless cowardly *******e will get their reward in a jail in Germany.

Given the swiss habit to maintain it is "not my fault", even in the face of overwhelming evidence, do swiss courts deal with far more not-guilty pleas and dragged-out cases rather than some bang-to-rights-guvnor pleas in other European nations ?

They don't actually have "guilty" in the Swiss system. Just "not guilty" or "not guilty, but pay a lot of compensation instead"
