The number of jobless fell slightly in February, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Seco) said on Monday.

This is not what I keep hearing.... And, having seen some of the company yearly results, it sound more wishful thinking that a reality check. I would say that a lot of those who were made redundant at the begin of the crisis are now over with their 400 paid days, and are left the unemployment statistics to become part of the the social security books.
