I don't see what the problem is. It is a transaction as any other. One party offers something in exchange for something else. As any sensible man would realize, there is no free beer.

The problem is the terms of the contract are not clear, for example:

a) the ability of either party to enter into relations (married already ??)
b) the nature of the services
c) consideration paid for the services (money or whatever)
c) the duration of the services
d) specification of the satisfactory fulfilment (..this could get messy)
e) termination of the agreement (notice period

)
f) conditions in event of death , disability or force majeur.

and so on....

In the case of a prostitute, most of this is clear.

I am actually, you better believe it. For those who think relationships can be reduced to a simple deal of the "you give me sex, I buy the drinks" variety are likely to be disappointed. Here are another few scenarios:

"I need a partner (any partner) all my friends are in couples"
"I'm not over my ex and so I need someone to help make him jealous"
"I want to meet someone (not you) but you can wine&dine (no 69) me in the places where I can meet someone"

If she was cute enough then I wouldn't let a little thing like communication skills get in the way of your "quest for gash". Most relationships break down because of poor communication anway so just look at it as your get-out clause and take her straight to the bedroom
