Even that's an overkill. Just take time, listen and be there when they need you. It helps if each one knows of at least one of the others and understands that that other one does not know about them. Then you can juggle them around and they understand when to stay away and keep quiet and strangely they accept being number two and don't make a fuss over it. But none should know of all of the others or realise they are not number two but number three.
