I once met Helena Bonham Carter in a bio pub in Islington. She was waiting to descend the stairs to the toilet as I came up. Even though I was completely starstruck, even I realised outside the toilet is not the best place to request an autograph and to say how much you admire their work - and saying "I'd leave it a minute or two before going in there if I were you...."
