Default I'm getting cookie and PHP errors

I'm getting forum errors:

Code:
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /var/www/includes/class_core.php
Line: 3242
and a blank page with some PHP error which unfortunately I didn't get a snapshot of. I've just got another PHP error, this time displayed on top of the header graphic:

Code:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/functions_post_thanks.php on line 222
Trying to resend that page told me it had already been posted.

This may be something to do with installing the official release of Safari 4.0 yesterday. Do you see anything in the logs?

I don't have easy access to the logs from here Grum, I'll have to check this evening.

How frequently is this happening and in what areas of the forum?

Me too, in the cheese thread of the reviews section. I don't think anything new has been installed on our machine, if it is any help it is happening every time I try to go to the last page of it. Not sure about grum.

ok guys, I've reproduced your error (thanks Grum for the additional info by email). It seems we have a bug with the reviews when the topic goes over 1 page.

I didn't see the error initially because in UserCP > Settings and options > Edit Options > Number of Posts to Show Per Page, I had 20 set rather than forum default therefore the thread appeared as one page for me.

I'm pretty sure I know what is causing this (it's the thanks mod not implemented on the template for page >1 for reviews) but won't have time to look at it until the weekend.

A quick and easy solution would be to switch off thanks for the reviews but I'm not sure how everybody feels about that, I'd rather wait a few days and fix it personally.

I really appreciate the reviews and would like to keep the thanks functionality for reviews.
Perhaps the page settings change could be a temporary solution for those getting the error, until peachy works his magic on the weekend ?

Agreed. I followed Peachy's directions for increasing my Posts Per Page setting, and it works fine.

And the weekend isn't so far away

Haven't got the foggiest idea I am afraid, it is all housed in a grey box if that helps.
