Hopefully they won't get funny about us eating cheese there, the Stilton in my mouth as a type is sending subliminal messages to me that it needs to be accompanied by a fruity ale.

Well, we came, we saw and Mike conquered - excellent cheeses, chutney, crackers etc and a very attractive stall too.

I used to think that I knew the meaning of "Hard Work". But now I really do.

back on 5th August, our 2 cheeses will be the very popular Godminster Organic cheddar (the one in the burgundy wax) and the best selling Shropshire Blue.

We'll also have some Cornish Clotted Cream Fudge (trust me, it is very low in calories).

sorry to everybody for the quick and early exit yesterday, I was about to order the 2L beer I had found on the menu at Federal when I got a call from the missus to say she had arrived home with the boy without her house key. I contemplated getting the train back in after but it might have degenerated into drinking **** in the Talacker.

I discovered that the talacker sells Ashai beer in half litre cans for 9 CHF, the 33cl becks are just too small. Not that Ashai is a great beer but still ...

I too was forced home early to make a quotation for somebody for an early morning meeting. Not that it was difficult but you need to do these things sober.

Did I understand correctly that Jet Lag got us a reduction on prices?

I need a bit of a reduction even after ordering the large ones cos those large ones may be impressive but they give me a backache and I am concerned about the health risk.

Great stuff. We were drinking longdrinks which are quickly quaffed and leave a burning hole in the wallet at 14chf.
