| | BBQ - Bacon Explosion
Since we're not getting the opportunity to go skiing regularly (at least until the boy can walk) I'm thinking to the summer when I will be BBQing every evening once more.
I came across this masterpiece today, which takes a who stack of bacon goodness and adds bacon to it
Behold, the Bacon Explosion Bacon Explosion: The BBQ Sausage Recipe of all Recipes
Any other fine BBQ recipes ready for summer?

In a previous lifetime, far far away from here, I used to make Chicken Yakitori on the BBQ - great with beer.
Marinade chicken breat or tenderloin strips in soy saue, sake, mirin, a little sugar and ginger then thread the meat on skewers soaked in water. Use the marinade to brush over the skewers while barbecuing.
Also nice as a starter if the main meal needs some time to BBQ.

Just make sure you cut the top off the beer can otherwise the chicken will live up to this thread's title..... Quote:
