It's two Rösti (grated potato friend) in place of bread in a burger. It's a handful of heart attack.

Whereas a full English can soak up 10 pints of Stella this wil do the job at 10 pints for Vodka.
It's quite close to my replacement english breakfast, a rosti, covered in bacon, raclette, with a fired egg on top, possibly some sausages on the side.

I've never managed to do a decent Rösti myself, even with the pre-packaged "Don't add anything to this" varieties.

What sort of pan do you use?

As it's normally hangover food, it comes from the packet. I cook it in a wok, due to a shortage of pans, with a casserole lid to cover, works well enough. I cook it a lot longer than the package says though, till it's a bit crispy on the outside.

Ta Cyrus. I'll get a wok then. I've no idea why I haven't got one already.
