Default Health benefits of beer ?

Did you know?

- Beer has a relaxing effect on the body thereby reducing stress.

- It can help you sleep better

- It helps prevent heart disease and improves the blood circulation

- It has proven to have positive effects on elderly people. It helps to promote blood vessel dilation, sleep, and urination.

An average beer contains the following:

Mmmmm.... this pint of Pedigree is delicious. I've been waiting to drink it since December when my friends brought it over for me...

I've got another bottle in the fridge... it might still be there by the time you could make it down from your mountain stronghold of temperance...

You asked for that, and like a gentleman, you will take it on the chin Sir! I'm going to bed with a glass of sparkling water and Elderflower cordial

Yay! Lost my virginity with the cheesers!

Speckled Hen? Pah! You can't tempt a Staffordshire boy with anything that isn't brewed the Burton Union way.

Unless it's brewed the Uetikon-upon-Sea Master Brewer way, in which case this Staffordshire boy is prepared to make an exception...
