Anyway, my favourite food cheat at the moment:
Take a small pumpkin (a bit bigger than a grapefruit), cut through upper third (keep "lid), scoop out seeds, add knob of butter and salt and pepper to taste. Pop in microwave for five minutes on full (lid back on), enjoy. Fastest supper EVER.
