I agree DNS is the wrong place to do this but for home use it is the quickest and easiest.

I have to stick up for OpenDNS, they do at least let you choose what they log and how you use the service, they also only have the information that you volunteer to them explicitly for this service. Google and your ISP can relatively easily link your browsing history to you the person (this includes browsing in "porn mode" people).
