The problem is the
terms of the contract are not clear, for example:
a) the ability of either party to enter into relations (married already ??)
b) the nature of the services
c) consideration paid for the services (money or whatever)
c) the duration of the services
d) specification of the satisfactory fulfilment (..this could get messy)
e) termination of the agreement (notice period
)
f) conditions in event of death , disability or force majeur.
and so on....
In the case of a prostitute, most of this is clear.
