In the same vein I also admit to liking Lancashire cheese. It was traditional in our neck of the woods to have it with Christmas cake and mince pies (prise the tops off the mince pies, pop in a slice of cheese apiece, put the lids back on and reheat in the oven), though for the latter Wensleydale is also excellent.

For the top 20 I would suggest other fish dishes as well as the traditional fish'n'chips.
