Marinade chicken breat or tenderloin strips in soy saue, sake, mirin, a little sugar and ginger then thread the meat on skewers soaked in water. Use the marinade to brush over the skewers while barbecuing.
Also nice as a starter if the main meal needs some time to BBQ. | sounds yum, sfg! summer seems a long long time away :-(
anyone tried the beer can chicken recipe? ( it's so white trash that i want to try it...)
