Again, I disagree, illegal raves were organised last minute in the uk, and attended by huge numbers of people, all organised solely with the use of mobile phones, the medium has changed, but you still need to talk to the right/wrong people.
Likewise, in the same vein, these parties are highly visible, and so more easily controlled by the police, not sure how I feel about that.
